A. People from industries as diverse as submarine building and operation, desalination and cardboard manufacture have expressed interest in the TURNCOUPLE® Assembly.

• In juice or ice cream manufacturing where different flavors are run successively through the same hose, TURNCOUPLE® Assemblies would simplify the disconnection and reconnection of those hoses for cleaning and maintenance between flavors. 
• TURNCOUPLE® Assemblies could be large enough for the hoses used with dry foods such as cereals.
• Irrigation applications, milking parlors, crop spraying, or sap lines in maple sugaring operations could benefit from TURNCOUPLE® Assemblies.
• The Assembly can be manufactured using materials and thread types capable of holding hydraulic pressures. 
• TURNCOUPLE® components can function as a housing for valves, check valves, reducers, metering or sensing devices, expansion joints, etc.
• Miniature Assemblies made of appropriate materials could be used for sterile connections in medical applications, possibly even implants.
